Memory Monday: Mia Nichelle Noflin

My daughter Mia Nichelle Noflin passed away on November 16, 2020 From DIPG. A rare pediatric brain tumor. This photo was taken in Feburary 2020, just a few weeks before her diagnosis. We took a trip to Tampa to visit Busch Garden, relax and try some restaurants, which was one of Mia’s passions. I can remember us getting the rental car that came with a sunroof. When we got in, we let the windows down, cut up the Pop Radio station, put our hands out of the sunroof and Yelled “Mommy and Mia in Tampa Who hoo!” It was the total girls trip. Full of laughter, good food, good weather and love. In the picture you can see Mia’s bright smile and adventurous stance. We ran through that long field to the Tampa Vegan fest where Mia bought a blue stainless steel straw, chocolate chip cookies and vegan mac and cheese bites.
